Blue Ox Development is a nontraditional real estate developer. We focus on partnerships that bring together investors, developers, and builders into a profitable partnership. For each project we create a new Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) to protect our all our partners and investments. Using a variety of financing and partnership arrangements strive to optimize the security and profitability of each project.

Most of our work is done between the raw land and finished lot stages of a project. The bulk of our investments are either taking raw land and getting entitlements, or taking entitled property and developing finished lots ready for a builder. We are always looking for new projects and new partners.
